強調構文の公式は、強調したいものを It is …. that と挟むことです。ある文が強調構文かどうかは、It is と that を取り除いたときに完全な文が残るかどうかで判別できます。完全な文があれば、強調構文。

 

彼の息子を牢獄から出してやったのは、俺だ！と強調構文を使っています。やや変則的ですが、

The White House got his son out of a long term prison sentence.がもとの文として、主語を強調すると

It was the White House that got his son out of a long term prison sentence.　となります。このツイートではそれがさらに否定形になっているだけです。同様に、

Trump got his son out of a long term prison sentence.　が元の文と考えると、理解できるでしょう。これの文でTrumpを強調するために,It was … thatではさみこむと、

It was Trump that got his son out of a long term prison sentence.　　という強調構文が出来上がります。Trump本人の言葉なので、Trumpの部分が、Iとなるわけですが、実際には語呂の問題なのかmeになります。Iじゃなくてmeになるのは例外的な変化と考えらるでしょう。
