さて、demand（要求する）という英単語を用いて、上の記事のように、「人が～することを要求する」英語表現を学びましょう。

【注意】ask 人 to do ~　という言い方はおなじみだと思いますが、demand 人 to do ~　という言い方はしないので気を付けましょう。

【解説】これは、ask 人 to do ~　という形です。

【解説】これは新聞記事の見出しです。demand＋that節で、thatは省略されており、that節の中身は「仮定法現在」のため動詞の原形 STOPが来ています。

【例文】The Prince estate is the latest in a long line of artists to asked Trump to quit using their music at rallies: The Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Aerosmith and more have all demanded that Trump stop employing their songs, a request that dates back to Trump’s time campaigning as the Republican presidential candidate. 【解説】上の例文ではthat節のthatが省略されずに書かれています。節の中は仮定法現在の形をとり、動詞の原形stopがきています。to askedというの文法的にありえないので、to have askedかto askの間違いでしょう。
