最初この単語を見たとき、electricの間違いじゃないよなぁ？と思いました。そしたらやっぱり似ている、ということなんでしょう、新聞記事の見出しでeclectic and electricと並べて使われている例がありました。ありがちな、言葉遊び的な見出しの付け方です。
